HOUSE RULES & CRITICAL SAFETY GUIDELINES

Welcome to Casa del Toro
This property has been intentionally designed for adventurous adults seeking breathtaking views and unique experiences. Due to its architectural features and the presence of high-risk areas, strict compliance with all house rules is mandatory.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
 
1. PROPERTY ACCESS & AGE RESTRICTIONS
1.1. Adults Only (21+)
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
1.2. No Minors Allowed
Absolutely no children, infants, or minors are permitted on the property at any time, even for brief visits. The premises are not safe for children under any circumstances.
1.3. No Pets
Pets or animals are not permitted anywhere on the property.
 
2. HEIGHT & FALL HAZARD SAFETY GUIDELINES
Casa del Toro features elevated areas with minimal or no guardrails, steep drops, and uneven surfaces. All elevated areas are accessed entirely at the guest's own risk.
2.1. Rooftop & Observation Decks
Access is permitted only during daylight hours (sunrise to sunset).
Use is strictly prohibited:

• After dark

• During rain

• During strong winds

2.2. No Climbing
Guests may not climb, sit, stand, lean on, or place objects on any railing, ledge, wall, or elevated surface.
2.3. No Throwing Objects
Throwing or dropping any object—including trash, ice, drinks, or any other item—from decks or elevated areas is strictly prohibited.
2.4. No Impaired Use
Guests may not access rooftops, decks, ledges, or elevated areas while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2.5. Proper Footwear Required
Non-slip footwear must be worn on all exterior stairs, decks, and elevated platforms.
Walking barefoot or wearing high heels is strongly discouraged.
 
3. MARINA & DOCK SAFETY
3.1. Dock Use
The private dock is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Surfaces may be slippery, uneven, or unstable. Please use extreme caution at all times.
3.2. Boat Visitors
Guests arriving by boat must properly secure all vessels and personal watercraft.
The property owner is not responsible for theft or damage.
3.3. No Swimming or Jumping
Swimming, diving, or jumping from the dock or any structure is strictly prohibited.
3.4. Water Safety
Guests are solely responsible for their own safety while near the water.
Life jackets are provided only when renting approved recreational equipment.
 
4. FIRE PIT & OPEN FLAMES
4.1. Fire Pit Use
The fire pit must be completely extinguished no later than 10:00 PM each evening.
 
5. GENERAL SAFETY & PROPERTY OPERATIONS
5.1. Report Hazards Immediately
Any damage, loose railings, or safety concerns must be reported immediately to:

5.2. Nighttime Lighting
Outdoor lighting should remain on after dark.
Guests are encouraged to carry a flashlight when walking around exterior areas at night.
5.3. Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Outdoor smoking is permitted only on the dock or on your unit's rear patio.
 
6. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-in is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
 
7. QUIET HOURS & NOISE POLICY
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During these hours:

• No loud music

• No outdoor speakers

• No pool use

• Please respect neighbors, boat owners, and the surrounding natural environment

 
8. SPEAKERS & MUSIC
Personal portable speakers are permitted at a reasonable volume.
Large speakers, amplifiers, PA systems, or professional sound equipment are not permitted.
Music must never disturb neighbors or other guests.
 
9. TOWELS & LINENS
Pool towels are to be used exclusively at the pool and dock.
Bathroom towels must remain inside the unit and may not be taken to the pool, dock, rooftop, boats, or anywhere outside the property.
Missing or damaged towels will be charged accordingly.
 
10. VISITORS & GUEST POLICY
Registered guests only.
Unregistered visitors are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the rooftop, terraces, dock, or common areas.
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
 
11. PARKING & PROPERTY CARE
Park only in designated parking spaces.
Do not block neighboring properties or road access.
Do not drag furniture across floors or outdoor decks.
Keep doors closed to prevent insects and wildlife from entering the property.
 
12. GARBAGE & FOOD DISPOSAL
Dispose of food waste and garbage daily to avoid attracting insects or wildlife.
Tie garbage bags securely and place them in the designated disposal containers.
